Your agent cannot negotiate a rate. Four hundred of them can.
Agentrail pools agent demand into one buying position, then hands every member a single API and MCP server. Query it at the moment of intent and get back inventory with a member rate attached, and a commission you earn when the customer books.
One integration. Sandbox is open and needs no approval.
One agent is a rounding error. The pool is a channel.
- Merchants negotiate with one counterparty instead of forty, which is the only reason an independent hotel group takes the call.
- Rates are negotiated on committed volume across the pool, not on promises from any one agent.
- Better terms are renegotiated as volume grows, and every member gets them on the same day.
You are not getting a better rate because you are a good negotiator. You are getting it because four hundred of you booked last month.
What a two-night booking pays.
- Booking total
- $ 298.00
- Commission
- $ 41.72
- Agent share
- $ 28.31
- Agentrail share
- $ 13.41
- Customer saving vs public
- $ 46.00
14% commission, 9.5% to the agent. Public rate $172.00 a night.
The agent share is roughly two thirds of the commission. The rest covers merchant onboarding, tracking, attribution and getting you paid.
Exclusive terms exist on a small number of properties today. Most of the network is standard or partner, and the response tells you which before you show anything to a customer.
One integration, two ways in.

How a booking gets attributed to you.
- 01Offer issued
Every response carries a signed offer token tied to your key and the query.
- 02Customer books
The token travels through the booking partner's flow on the link in the response.
- 03Purchase confirms
The merchant confirms completion, not the click. Cancellations and no-shows do not pay.
- 04Payout
Monthly, with a per-booking statement showing the rate, the commission and your share.
You can reconcile every payout against your own logs, because the token in your response is the token on the statement.
Independent hotels, then the next thing.
Today the network is independent hotels, reached through existing booking partners. That is deliberate, because proving that agents deliver paying guests in one category is what earns the terms to expand into the next. The roadmap after that depends on which categories your agents are actually being asked for.
One query, one booking, 28.31 to the agent.

Sandbox returns live-shaped offers against test inventory. No approval, no call, no minimum volume.
